FAQ
Our expandable homes are transportable and resellable. It comes complete with Kitchen, Living Room, Bed Rooms and Bath Room. All electrical wiring and plumbing is completed at our manufacturing facility.
Customisation is available within the boundaries of our standard options, which are chosen during the purchase process. This is to ensure our customers experience the maximum flexibility and a seamless manufacturing process.
50% deposit is required to secure your expandable homes, remaining 50% balance is payable against arrival notice.
Our typical production and delivery time for expandable homes is approximately 8 to 12 weeks. It's important to keep in mind that this timeframe can vary based on the specific type of homes you choose and any additional options you decide to include.
We provide nationwide delivery of expandable container homes, bringing them directly to your doorstep regardless of your location in Australia. We offer free delivery within the metro area, up to 80km from the CBD. Additional surcharges will apply for long-distance delivery.
Our homes are relocatable, moveable homes and may be considered as caravan is paired with trailers. Council approval may be avoided in some areas. It is important to consult your local council prior to purchase as we are not liable for any council-related matters that may arise.
We do not offer installation services. All electrical wiring and plumbing are pre-installed at our manufacturing facility. When the expandable home is delivered to your site, you simply need to connect it to the main power, water, and sewerage.
Please note that the standard expanders do not fall under the Class 1a building category that conforms with the regulations stipulated by the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
Our products may be considered as caravan is paired with trailers, and can be installed in numerous Councils without requiring approval from the council. It is important to consult your local council prior to purchase as we are not liable for any council-related matters that may arise.
