Step 1 -  SITE ASSESSMENT

Contact us to provide your address. Our engineering team will assess the address to check all council planning and regulations, and determine the necessary scope of work.

Step 2 - CDC / DA APPROVAL

Once the site inspection is satisfactory, the survey and CDC application fee must be paid to obtain all necessary approvals for proceeding with the construction of the building.

Step 3 - SIGN OFF PRODUCT & EXTRAS

The client finalizes product selection, extras and color scheme with the salesperson. A 50% deposit from the client is required to place an order.

Step 4 - PRODUCTION, PACKING & SHIPPING

Order is placed into production, tested and shipped to Australia (from Tianjin port to site). The lead time ranges from 8 to 12 weeks.

Step 5 - DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Unit is inspected for quality assurance,then transported to destination for installation. The full balance of the contract price is due upon receipt of the shipping arrival notice.

Step 6 - COMPLETION

Plumbing and electrical works are carried out, connections are connected, and tested. Now it's time to celebrate and enjoy!
